| Abstract | This paper considers the issues associated with the development of a scalable parallel automatic three-dimensional mesh generator. Emphasis is on the distributed octree structure used to control the parallelization of the mesh generation process. A three-dimensional mesh generator which builds on these structures is outlined and some preliminary results produced by the mesh generator are presented. |
