| Abstract | Conventional ultrasound and MRI can be used to measure tissue displacement while it is subjected to pulses that induce motion. This paper presents preliminary work towards analyzing such displacement data to reconstruct quickly and robustly the shear modulus field to be used as a potential medical diagnostic tool. For now, we treat the tissue as an isotropic, elastic, relatively incompressible media. |
